Our Talent Acquisition Process

The application process is simple and straightforward. Whether you are at your desk or on the go, our platform is both desktop and mobile friendly. First, feel free to browse or search all available positions. Take advantage of our set filters to help narrow your search and save you time. Once you spot a job you are interested in, click on the Job Title to learn more about the role and qualifications. After finding a job that fits your skills and experience, click “Apply”. Our system will walk you through creating an account and populating our short application. Don’t forget to have your updated resume handy to take advantage of our “Autofill with Resume” option! Review all your responses and click “Submit”! A member of our talent acquisition team will review your submission and if your experience aligns, we will reach out to schedule follow up conversations. This will be your initial moment to bring your best self forward and ask any questions you may have about working at Hyster-Yale Group. Our interview process is unique to each functional area and could vary from one-on-one conversations to panel interviews, but all will include conversations around your unique skills with some behavioral and competency questions. Of course, there will be time for you to ask questions too! If it’s decided to move forward to offer, you will hear from us with an offer package and formal offer letter. Our goal is to get you started as soon as possible, understanding the timeframe may vary by location and circumstance. Don’t see a job that interests you?
